Goals – The Simple Facts

The level of our personal commitment to each student is evident in the results—over the past ten years more than 90% of all MSJ graduates have gone on to college. And not only are these students going to college, they’re earning record amounts of academic scholarship—over $2.7 million dollars for the Class of 2009.

Fourth-year students with a B+ or better grade point average are eligible for AP (Advanced Placement) courses. In addition, students may take advantage of off-campus college courses at Castleton State College or the College of St. Joseph through the Accelerated High School Program. As many as one-third of all fourth-year students participate in this learning opportunity, effectively getting a jump on their college requirements as well as gaining experience in the college environment.

The ACT is the most widely accepted college admissions test in the United States and students are able to take this test in a familiar environment—a circumstance we believe gives them an advantage during the testing process.
